Nestled in the heart of Times Square, this year’s convention promises to deliver an exceptional networking opportunity at the iconic Marriott Marquis. Whether you are a seasoned attendee or a first-time participant, you will be welcomed into the PAIMA family with open arms and a program designed to maximize connections and foster lasting professional relationships. Our meticulously curated agenda ensures that every moment is filled with engaging activities, insightful meetings, and moments of camaraderie with our PAIMA family and friends.

 

We look forward to seeing the PAIMA family once again this coming October 21^st – October 23^rd, 2025, in New York City! The PAIMA office along with our PAIMA Board of Directors have put together another “sensational” networking program this year. Starting it off with a “BANG”, is our 1^st PAIMA “Lucky Strike” Networking Bowling Tournament”  on October 21^st – 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM! Join us and showcase your bowling skills (ANYONE can bowl……) and win some awards and prizes, not to mention long term bragging rights and accolades! Bowling registration fees include tournament bowling fees, bowling shoes, a variety of food platters, two drinks tickets and a GREAT networking opportunity with the PAIMA family of course. Perhaps not everyone can play golf; but EVERYONE can bowl.

 

We also have a very busy program this year starting off with our traditional PAIMA Welcome Cocktail Reception in the evening on October 21^st. Expect a great Breakfast Buffet in the morning and then we are excited to leverage MORE value this year with a split General Assembly program starting off our 41^st Convention with a half day of General Assembly on October 22^nd in the morning; followed by a working lunch and then our ever-popular PAIMA One-To-One Meetings (9 – 20-minute meetings) in the afternoon! The action continues October 23^rd with day two of Breakfast Buffet and then another session (NEW!) of PAIMA One-To-One Meeting in the morning (9 – 20-minute meetings); followed by day two working lunch and then our closing General Assembly session in the afternoon. Leveraging more value by doubling our PAIMA One-To-One meetings for all our attending agents and guests (18 total meetings this year versus 9 meetings) via our high-tech electronic meeting scheduler which will open for registered attendees 45 days before the PAIMA Convention.

 

2025 PAIMA ONE-TO-ONE MEETING SCHEDULER – PAIMA CONVENTION: Please be advised that all individuals officially registered for our 2025 Convention, will receive the official invitation to schedule their 18 meetings on September 8th, 2025 at 11:00 AM EST. Note that this year we are DOUBLING the possible One-To-One meetings, 9 meetings on 10/22/25 and another 9 meetings on 10/23/25. Make sure you are registered so you can take advantage of this amazing networking opportunity.

 

Our PAIMA Closing Party on October 23^rd will be held at world famous – “Virgil’s Real BBQ” from 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Expect a variety of land and green dining options with open bar for our attendees.  Note that the bowling and Closing Party venue’s are all within walking distance of the Marriot Marquis – Time Square – no buses needed.

Transportation:

• JFK Airport is about 45–60 minutes from Midtown Manhattan by taxi or rideshare.
• LaGuardia Airport is about 30–45 minutes from Midtown Manhattan.
• Newark Airport is about 45–60 minutes from Midtown Manhattan, depending on traffic.

Rideshares, taxis, airport shuttles, and car rentals are available at all three airports.
