PAIMA 42nd Annual Convention – Manchester Grand Hyatt

We are excited to officially open our PAIMA 42nd Annual Convention Registration. PAIMA has an exciting networking program scheduled for the PAIMA family this year in the fine city of San Diego. Listening to our Members feedback and based on the success of last years bowling tournament in New York City, we will be offering another amazing networking opportunity on Sunday October 18th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM for our PAIMA 2nd Annual Bowling Tournament. The registration fee includes Tournament fees, bowling shoes, 2 drink tickets, lunch, games, and prizes…. (AND – Lots of fun); a short walking distance from the Hyatt property.

The program continues with our Welcome Cocktail Reception on October 18th in the evening, two VERY BUSY days of General Assembly on the 19th and 20th (which include our New Members presentations, PAIMA 2026 Tonnage Award and Tonnage Stars awards; highlighting our 2026 Juan Peralta Ecology Award winner and participants, our 2026 Board of Directors Elections and MUCH more!

Back as well by popular demand, PAIMA will be offering a total of 18 PAIMA One-To-One Meetings in San Diego this year. Nine meeting opportunities on October 19th and another 9 meeting opportunities on October 20th (20-minute meetings) with agents of interest that are registered for the convention. Our high tech electronic meeting scheduler will be sent to all registered individual’s, on September 4th, 2026 at 12:00 PM – EST. We will send ample notifications but we ask you to mark your calendars accordingly.
